How long does it take for my order to arrive and how much will it cost?

Gervasi estimated delivery time Including our FREE SHIPPING! Arrives usually in up to only 5 business days once shipped. We aim to deliver all orders within 1 to 2 business days.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired size is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means this size is out of stock. We typically quickly restock each product & size up until close to the end of the season.

Does Gervasi ship to Post Office boxes?

Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes, forwarding addresses, or courier collection points. We do deliver to all home and office addresses.

What countries does Gervasi ship to?

Gervasi offers a delivery only in the United States currently, using high-end courier services.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

If you request an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have correctly received the returned goods.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Should your Gervasi purchase not meet your expectations or should you change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange. However, your clothing must be unaltered for us to accept a return or exchange. All Returns are a flat $20 restocking fee. Exchange is a $20 flat fee for shipping your old order and us sending you your new garments. We will provide you will new labels.

Just email us whether you want a refund or an exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

After we have correctly and timely received and processed your returns, you will receive the refund of the product’s total purchase amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method, such as PayPal. For a range of fits, it is possible to order different sizes for the jacket and trousers of a suit.
