When will I receive my refund?
After we have correctly and timely received and processed your returns, you will receive the refund of the product's total purchase amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Should your Gervasi purchase not meet your expectations or should you change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange. However, your clothing must be unaltered for us to accept a return or exchange. All Returns are a flat $20 restocking fee. Exchange is a $20 flat fee for shipping your old order and us sending you your new garments. We will provide you will new labels.

If you request an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have correctly received the returned goods.
